Terms, Conditions and Pick-up Policy:

There are no returns, product credits, or refunds on used turf. This service does not include set up or assembly of items or removal of packaging materials. Recycled turf is a used product and is being sold “as is” with no warranty. Used turf has been used and may be dirty and require cleaning. Roll sizes may vary and contain some or all of the following: sports lines, paint markings, color, cuts and/or tears, imperfections, and infill. Rolls weights are approximate and can exceed 2,000 pounds.

Facility locations are not allowed to accept payments for turf and are not able to answer any questions regarding turf rolls. They can only load or unload turf orders.

Product Pickup:

All used turf must be picked up within 30 days of purchase. Orders not picked up within 30 days of purchase are subject to forfeiture. Please make all checks payable to Artificial Grass Recyclers and mail to: P.O. Box 1627, Temecula, CA 92593-1627.

Turf Release/Hold Harmless:

Customer waives and releases Artificial Grass Recyclers, and its owners, employees, servants, and agents, from any and all liability arising at law or in equity from injury, death or damage to persons and/or property in the loading, transportation, unloading, installation and/or use of product by customer and/or its agents.
